WMLS Insight XTI Procyon
While at the Indy 1500 gun show this weekend, I picked up an Insight XTI Procyon which is a weapons mounted lighting system (WMLS). I was looking for a strobing light due to the effects it has on the adversary.
The light is made very well. It is 125 lumens which is plenty bright, and it is LED so there are no bulbs to change! I put the light on a G19 which I carry and use for home defense situations at times. Surprisingly enough, the light only cost me $125.00 and they just came out so I was lucky to get my hands on one. I am very impressed with this tool and if you get a chance to check one out, be sure seize the opportunity! Hopefully I will have a video up soon so you can see the difference between a constant on light and a strobing light.
